There is certainly a whole string of hotels in Koh Kradan on the beach facing Koh Mook. The quality/price ratio of a bungalow here is among the highest in Thailand but it is the law of supply and demand and you pay for your room and for the setting. Be careful, in most resorts, the bungalows have electricity only at night or at best permanent electricity but air conditioning only at night. Don't be surprised, this is a sign that it is an island still preserved from too much modernity.
