Ko Lao Liang is a nearby rocky island. The southern part of the island is inhabited by fishermen whose longtail boats are anchored on a beautiful beach. On the North island is located the Laoliang Resort which offers tents to spend the night (this is the only option to sleep on the island) and kayaks for rent. The North island has a small cliff. People come there to enjoy the beach which is more beautiful than those in Koh Sukorn.

In general, the longtail boats offer you a day trip to Koh Lao Liang but also to two other small islands : Koh Phetra and Koh Takieng.

Practical information about Koh Lao Liang island

If you want to stay on Loa Liang island, the Laoliang Resort offers comfortable tents. This is the only option to sleep on the island.

How to get to Koh Lao Liang island ?

Count around THB 3000 to rent a longtail boat for the day (whatever the number of passengers is). Your resort should be able to arrange this trip for you, otherwise you can contact Sukorn Island and Laem Sai Tour agency (Tel: 045 219 679).
