Ban Nam Rad Emerald Pool
Ban Nam Rad is a small town in Surat Thani province near which there is a natural basin with amazingly transparent water! Some call it the Emerald Pool of Khao Sok for its proximity to the national park or Surat ThaniEmerald Poolas it is in Surat Thani province. This freshwater pool in the middle of the green forest is certainly one of the best natural pools in Thailand! It's really very pleasant to swim there!

You can also go rowing a boat on the arm of the river that flows from it. You will discover a pleasant setting of lush nature. As for me, it is at least as good as swimming in the emerald pool.
