Visit Hat Salung (Ubon Ratchathani)

This beach, 7 km from Sam Pan Bok, is an advanced bank of sand on the Mekong River at the border with Laos. You have Thailand on one side and Laos on the other side. The landscape is interesting, you are overlooking the place and can take the long staircase to go down and walk a little. And why not negotiate a longtail baot ride on the Mekong. It can be nice to add Hat Salung to the program when you come in the area to visit the Sam Pan Bok but as for us it does not worth the trip just to come see Hat Salung.

How to get to Hat Salung ?
Like for Sam Pan Bok, Haad Salung is difficult to reach by public transportation. Buses will only allow you to approach the place after a long and arduous journey. Perhaps when booking at a resort in the area you can organize transportation from Ubon Ratchathani and visits with them. There are three resorts within a few hundred meters from Hat Salung and one is only 50 meters ahead on the road leading to Hat Salueng.Search visits in Thailand by destination
