Visit Erawan Museum (Bangkok)
Presentation Erawan Museum
g_translate Thai name : พิพิธภัณฑ์ช้างเอราวัณ
reviews My opinion:
starstarstar
Known and recognizable from the metro thanks to its huge Erawan three-headed elephant image which is 44 meters high and should weigh around 250 tonnes. The Erawan Museum is undoubtedly one of the most remarkable museums in Bangkok. Actually, near Bangkok since it is in the neighboring province of Samut Prakan.
Inside you will find an abundance of works of art, such as collections of pottery and antiques and ancient Buddha statues housed in an architecturally very interesting museum. You will note in particular its large rose window. In general, tourist combine the visit to the Erawan Museum with Ancient City, a few kilometers further.
