This Buranathai Buddha Image Foundry exists since 1968 at the initiative of Sergeant Major Thawee and has built a solid reputation. It is very active, which is normalconsidering that the demand for statues of Buddha never wavered.
Vistors can see the finishing work, the foundry work is not visible to the public but the whole process is explained on a board.

Admission is free, the Buddha Factory does not seek specifically to be visited like a museum but tolerates visitors and their pictures desires hoping, and that's the game, they end up buying in their shop (attention,regarding its size and other specifications you must declare your statue at the airport to get official permission to take the Buddha with you out of the country).
