Do you want to discover scuba diving but are not ready to pass a certification? SSI Basic Diver will allow you to go diving for just half a day. No prior diving or swimming experience is required.
Details
SSI Basic Diver is perfect for beginners wanting to experiment with diving. It will allow you to dive for just half a day with no prior diving or swimming experience required.
The instructors will give you the basic knowledge about the equipment, the aquatic environment, and the safety standards.
They will build your confidence in shallow water before heading into deeper water to explore corals and marine life under the direct supervision of an instructor. After about an hour in the water, you will return to the boat and head to another dive site where you will have the choice of either doing a second dive or relaxing on the boat and swimming.
If you want to continue diving after this first experience, you can register or convert it to an Open Water course. the 1st level of certification.
You must be at least 10 years old to participate.
