3 days and 2 nights tour to explore Khao Sok and its lake

Details

Day 1

You will be picked up from your hotel near Khao Sok Lake around 8am.

You will meet your guide who will tell you about the history of the lake and its surroundings before boarding a private traditional longtail boat and sailing through the beautiful scenery of Chiew Lan Lake.

Then, you will arrive at a floating hotel on the lake where you can swim, kayak or simply relax.

A Thai lunch will be served.

After lunch, you will visit the nature reserve to observe the local wildlife. The lake is home to many species of fish, some of which can weigh up to 200 kg, such as the Arapaima.

On the way back to your floating hotel on Khao Sok Lake, you can admire the sunset while enjoying a fresh snack.

You will spend the night in your bungalow on the lake.

Day 2

In the morning, you will wake up in this incredible setting and leave early for a boat safari.

Return to the floating hotel for breakfast.

Then, you will go on a jungle trek for 3 to 4 hours to reach a viewpoint offering an exceptional panorama of the lake. En route, you will be able to observe the abundant and diverse fauna and flora of this ancient tropical forest.

Return to your floating hotel for lunch. Relax, swim and kayak.

Then, departure for another safari.

Return to the floating hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3

Early wake up for another boat safari.

After the safari, return to the floating accommodations for breakfast and enjoy a relaxing and swimming time.

Then, you will sail again on the beautiful Khao Sok lake. Stop in a private area for a swim.

Return to the pier.

Lunch in a local restaurant and end of this 3-day tour in Khao Sok.

Pick-up, transport and return to your hotel near the lake, rental of the private traditional boat with captain to go on the lake, the English-speaking guide, entrance tickets to the Khao Sok National Park, lunch and dinner on Day 1, all the raps on Day 2 and breakfast and lunch on Day 3.
