Province of region Central Thailand

Ang Thong Province, located north of Bangkok, is a Thai province that captivates with its unspoiled natural beauty and authentic country atmosphere.

If the province is not very touristy, at least it welcomes few foreign tourists, it has a site that is worth the trip, Wat Muang which is home to the largest Buddha in Thailand and one of the largest in the world. It is simply impressive! Taking photos of themselves under his hand has become a tradition for those who come to visit him. It is also in Ang Thong that the longest reclining Buddha in the country is located. Two sites that I have referenced on the site in places to see in Ayutthaya.
