Free WIFI for tourists at Central Shopping Malls

Starting this week, foreign tourists will be able to use free high-speed internet at four Central shopping malls around Thailand. It is one of the new operation to attract more tourists hopping they will buy and spend money in the mall. Maybe that’s is why this free WIFI offer is only for tourists and not locals.

4 Central shopping malls offer free WIFIF to tourists

Tourists can get a free WIFI access in the following malls: Central World, Central Plaza Grand Rama 9, Central Festival Pattaya Beach and Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport. To register, you will need to go to the Information Counters and show your passport or a photocopy. You will then be allowed to connect to the Internet for 60 minutes at a time.
