Expatriates in Thailand : 90 days report now possible via internet
Good news for expats in Thailand, 90-days report is now possible via the internet on the Thai Immigration website.
Foreigners who received a temporary residence permit and have to renew it every 90 days by confirming their address will not have to go to Immigration offices any more, they can go do it on internet. The dedicated page is: http://extranet.immigration.go.th/pibics/online/tm47/TM47Action.do
Applicants can submit the online application within 15 days and at least 7 days before the date of the notification. The evolution of the treatment of their declaration can then be followed online on the website.

The Thai Immigration Bureau takes a step towards modernity but given that the page only works with Internet Explorer, it is a small step… but still good news !
