Free Rattanakosin night tour in Bangkok
Every weekend, in the evening, a free imperial bus tour on Rattanakosin Island in Bangkok, the historic heart of the city where most important landmarks of Bangkok such as Wat Phra Kaew and Wat Pho is offered.
This free tour is available to both Thai and foreign tourists looking to discover Bangkok in a different way. They are invited to board the double-decker bus every Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights for a free night tour. The 90-minutes tour is offereduntil the end of September and begins at 6.30 pm in front of Travel Information Office on Phra Arthit Road, next to the Phra Pinklao Bridge. Tickets are available from 1 pm on visiting days. Go get them as soon as possible becase seats are limited.
The program of the visit: Phra Sumen Fort, Ananta Samakhom Throne Hall, the Temple of the Golden Mount (Wat Saket), Democracy Monument, Giant Swing, The Old Siam Plaza and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha.
