Mitsubishi Hello Kitty arrives in Thailand !
You may have noticed during your stay in the country, in Thailand, they love Hello Kitty and not only children. It is quite common to see young women in their thirties wearing handbag and other accessories flanked with the world’s most popular cat. Mitsubishi has seen the potential of this feline craze and will launch Mitsubishi Mirage Hello Kitty on the Thai market.
This special series was reserved to Japan until now. The Thai version goes even further into kitsch. Where the Japanese were satisfied with a pink car with Hello Kitty interior, including nice seat covers with the kitty face repeated hundred times, Thais have added giant drawings on the car body. So that everyone can see that this is a Hello Kitty car .
Customizing the car means actually add options to the classic Mitsubishi Mirage. 5,500 baht for the indoor and 8,800 baht for body.
The model should be very popular with young female drivers. Many of them already personalize their license plates, sun visors and other accessories with the Japanese pussy cat.
