My opinion:
Located next to the 80th Anniversary Commemoration Park indicated under the name of Municipal Park on GoogleMap, this old pontoon that goes far into the sea is not a must-visit place but I found it charming, especially since, a few hundred meters further, you are in the middle of Koh Yao Noi rice fields and the countryside. So, for me, it's worth coming to the area.
In the evening, the park is frequented by locals who come to do their gym or evening aerobics or play football.

Free entranceWe are on the west side of Koh Yao Noi so it can also be an interesting spot to watch the sunset.
How to get to Old pier ?
I came there by bicycle on my non-exhaustive tour of the island. In Koh Yao Noi, besides privatizing a songthaew, the best way to get around is to rent a scooter (they have some with a sidecar), making sure to know and meet the regulation and to be well covered by your insurance, or rent a mountain bike.Search visits in Thailand by destination
