When a thai cooking class gone bad

Thai food is delicious ! An explosion of flavor in the wok which can sometimes be dangerous as you can see in this video of a thai cooking class that gone bad.

For the record, the recipe he wanted to show his “apprentices” is Pak Boong Fai Daeng,  stir-fried spinach.

I would have told you to try this recipe only in the presence of a professional but it was the professional who set the house on fire. So avoid to redo this dish in a bamboo kitchen and have a fire extinguisher with you 😉
