30 days Thailand visa exemption for tourist from UK, USA, Japan, Germany, France, Canada and Italy

Good news, the rules on tourist visa for Thailand have changed a little. Now citizens from the United States, Canada, Japan, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy and France will get  at Thailand land borders a free 30-days visa exemption and not a only 15-days one like before.

 According to Thaivisa.com, this new rule is already applied since 1st November, 2013. The Thai land borders Immigration checkpoints now deliver a 30-days visa exemption (as long as the one they get when they arrive in Thailand by air) to citizens of  UK, USA, Japan, Germany, France, Canada and Italy. For now, the rule is not expected to be applied to other countries.
