The most interesting parks to see people celebrating Loy Krathong is probably Nakarapirom Park whhich is by the river, not far from Wat Pho.

There should probably also have something at Asiatic Riverfront although this will be more restrained than in previous years. The night of Loy Krathong is also a good time to have a dinner cruise on Chao Phraya river.

I’ll give you more details about the program on my Twitter account.
