Isan Pattaya Festival this week-end !

This weekend, Pattaya celebrates Isan, the northeastern region of Thailand often portrayed as the poorest part of the country but who also is a region with a rich cultural and gastronmic heritage. The Isan Pattaya Festival just started today and ends on Sunday evening.

It must be said that much of the “nights workers” in Pattaya are from Isan. The program of this festival includes concerts, parades, dance and cooking contests, OTOP products stalls and delicious Isan cuisine (aroy maaaaak!), one of the tastiest in Thailand.
